Our team of dancers kicked off the year with an adventure across the Atlantic to New York to take part in ‘The Mac’ – NY 2023.

It was a very exciting opportunity for all those involved to travel, compete and watch USA competitors.  

Dancers from all age groups and levels competed and we had winners in every category which was a fantastic achievement. All our dancers also played a part in the Junior International team match, we formed teams with new dance friends from USA, Ukraine and Canada.

 

Wojtek Potaszkin was honored to be part of the judging panel for the entire weekend and also very much enjoyed this opportunity to meet new colleagues of the dance world. Wojtek was also part of the training team for the USA Dance National Training Camp.

The team made sure to also find time for some fun where we packed in sightseeing of Manhattan, Times Square,  Broadway shows, viewing towers, singalong diners, escape rooms, central park, shopping and ending our trip with ice skating under the skyscrapers of Bryant Park. 

Not forgetting to celebrate the birthday of our leader Wojtek who was 21 again ! 

A fantastic way to start what is already forecast to be a very busy year of new worldwide opportunities for our team.
