It’s been a busy and fulfilling month for team WPDA so far, with big events every weekend – most recently, the DanceSport Federation of Ireland’s National Competition which was held at Our Lady’s Hall, Drimnagh, Dublin on the 22nd of May. Thank you to DFI for organising this one-day competition, we enjoyed every second of it!

We had dancers participate in all categories. Special shout out to all who fought their way through a good few rounds before placing in the final – we know it’s not easy, but you all made it look effortless!

We are proud of all our dancers for bringing home such fantastic results yet again – it’s an absolute pleasure to watch each individual grow through consistent hard-work and achieve their fullest potential. Of course, none of this would be possible without the efforts put in by all our teachers, parents and supporters. We appreciate you all!

To quote one of our parents, “…the energy in the room was fantastic and the Academy dancers were incredible… It’s simply not possible without the skill and insights that the teachers pass on and the brilliant encouragement from everyone… from yourself Wojtek Potaszkin to the dancers, parents and supporters too.”

Well, what more can we say? We will continue to train hard and seize all opportunities that come our way. Roll on the next competition!
