Adults can dance too !

Our dance school is not just for international champions, we have adult beginner and novice classes too.

• Do you want to learn a dance for an upcoming event or perhaps even your wedding dance?
• Perhaps you have danced in the past and want to rediscover your love of dance?
• Or maybe you would like an alternative way to keep fit and make new friends?

Then our classes are for you !

We cater for all ages, abilities and requirements. Our classes cover both ballroom & latin styles of DanceSport so you will learn dances such as waltz, quickstep, tango, cha cha, samba, jive and many more.  Routines are a mix of social and competitive steps.

For those who may have a competitive streak and have an interest in competing, our instructors are on hand to support you either as a couple or as a student/teacher (Pro-Am) competitor.

Our classes are fun way to get fit and we welcome both social & competitive dancers.

Class Times:

Monday 8-9pm                           Novice Ballroom & Latin

Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm          Mixed level ballroom & Latin

Wednesday 8.30-9.30pm           Beginner ballroom & Latin 

Location: Palmerstown Sports Complex, Oakcourt Avenue, Dublin 20.

Pay as you go or monthly rates available.  No term restrictions. Join anytime. No partners needed.

Private lessons for individuals and couples also available.
