WPDA Christmas Party 2020

One of the highlights of our annual school calendar for many of our students is our Christmas and Awards party.
This year, again, due to restrictions on gatherings it could not go ahead unfortunately. However, we could not let one of the most difficult years for us pass without acknowledging the hard work and dedication of our students.

Although it was not our usual end of year party, with food and lots of awards and games, we still managed to have the best fun outside our studio, with a few festive dances and plenty of cheer. All of our students were presented with a personalised goody bag with a certificate for their hard work and dedication to dance during 2020 and all the essentials for a cosy movie night in.

Check out our students and parents taking part in the Jerusalema Challenge!

Congratulations to our Student of the Year 2020 – Gemma O’Brien!

Gemma worked extremely hard during 2020 (and always) and thoroughly deserved the award this year. She has achieved so much this year but what is more important is her fantastic attitude towards her learning, her teachers and her peers. Well done Gemma and keep up the fantastic work!

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our students and their families a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year! We hope that 2021 is a better year for the dance community but I think this year we have more than proved that at WPDA we do not let anything stop us from pursuing our goals and will continue to work hard regardless of circumstances.
